Cancellation Policy

If a participant is unable to attend their booked Paintball event for any reason, the organizer must be notified in writing without delay – via email or letter. Please send your message to info@taunus-paintball.de or to our postal address so we can process your cancellation clearly and within the required timeframe.

The following cancellation deadlines and corresponding fees apply to the total booking amount:

  • Up to 10 days before the event

Cancellations within this period are completely free of charge.

  • From 9 to 7 days before the event

If you cancel between 9 and 7 days before your booked event, we charge 25% of the total amount as a processing fee.

  • From 6 to 5 days before the event

If you cancel within six to five days before the event, 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

  • In the last 4 to 2 days before the event

If you cancel four, three, or two days before the event, 75% of the total amount will be invoiced.

  • On the day of the event or in case of no-show

If a participant cancels on the day of the booked event or fails to appear without prior notice, 100% of the booking fee is due.

We recommend canceling your event as soon as possible to avoid unnecessary costs and to give other interested participants the chance to join. Once we receive your written cancellation, you will receive an email confirmation immediately.
